Spring is officially on its way, and if you’re anything like us, you know what that means: it’s time to rejuvenate your wardrobe! Just as the Earth is donning new, fresh greenery, you may be starting to plan out how you’ll wow everyone around you this summer with an equally fresh set of outfits. We find one of the best things about spring fashion is that it’s still cool enough to slip on your favorite real fur jacket to wear out and about. That’s why we wanted to present you with a quick guide to some of the cutest ways to show off your fur apparel this season. Keep It Simple
One of the most important tips to remember for how to wear real fur is that your outfits don’t have to be fancy! Granted, if fancy is your style, you can certainly go for that kind of look. But we’re just trying to say you don’t have to force the style just to wear a real fur jacket. You can easily pair a fur jacket or coat with your favorite blouse or t-shirt, as well as a cute skirt (we recommend a form-fitting mini skirt!) or pair of jeans. Slip on a pair of boots or cute heels and you’re ready to go! Not only is this look incredibly easy to put together, but you’re guaranteed to still look chic during your next casual outing.
Create Contrast
Another great way to pull off real fur jackets is by playing around with color. You can easily find fur apparel in any color of the rainbow—and then some!—so you have a whole host of different combinations to consider and experiment with. For instance, you could try wearing a top, pants or skirt and shoes that are all black. Top off the outfit with a fur coat or jacket that is white or in a pastel hue. Your fur will stand out beautifully, and so will you!
Alternatively, you could also switch the colors around. Pair an all white outfit with a smoky black coat. You could even pair white or pastel shades with a brightly-colored coat. Play around until you find a look you like!
